Our room was incredibly outdated. the photos were misleading. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with dirty dishes at breakfast. Additionally, there was a constant presence of flies in the dining area, making meals uncomfortable.

Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Elida, who assisted us with airport shuttle and local tips. Our room was quiet with working AC, hot water, and clean linens, ensuring a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the beautiful city view from the rooftop pool while unwinding after a long day.
The breakfast options were good, but cleanliness in the dining area could be improved, as we noticed dirty plates left out during our meal.

Stunning views but a bit cramped
I had a nice time chillin' at the rooftop, talk about views! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. They had this awesome poolside snack bar where I grabbed a few bites. just wish my deluxe room was a tad bigger, felt a bit snug. But I made it work!
